The architectural concept for 74 Spadina Ave focuses on integrating modularity to resolve issues faced by adjoining heritage buildings while providing high levels of flexibility and adaptability to users. By incorporating standardized components, the design simplifies modifications and maintenance, while emphasizing sustainability through the use of eco-friendly and durable materials. This structure is designed to withstand physical and aesthetic challenges over time, becoming a sustainable addition to the urban landscape.
